First and foremost I did not refuse the charges. Now that I think of those three days, maybe I should've refused it given the circumstances. I almost died in room 2218... I slept in a room that was under 60 degrees Fahrenheit on the first night of my stay which was extremely unpleasant. I've returned home to California for the time being, however I will make a trip to Indiana again very soon(in two weeks or early May), and we could talk more about what happened in person, as I'm very busy at the moment. Thank you.
