Could you please check which sentence is more appropriate for an explanation of a bus route?

1) Buses leaving the hotel between 10:00 and 11:00 hours stop only at the National Museum.
2) Buses leaving the hotel between 10 and 11 o'clock stop only at the National Museum.

"hours" in (1) sounds military or bureaucratic and is better omitted. (2) does not distinguish between a.m. and p.m.. Assuming a.m., probably I would write:
