bursary request postalmail

i intend to apply for a bursary from the European Commission, and i have all the documents i need. there is a online application form which is compulsory. i have to upload the next documents:

* a copy of identity card;
* a detailed CV;
* a short motivation letter (max. 800 characters), written in English, French or German;
* university admission certificate;
* a form related to my bank details external link(together with a copy of a bank account statement);
* legal entity paper
* a copy of last university degree

Than i must to send The originals of the university admission certificate, the bank details form and the legal entity paper by post.
So, my question is: Do i put these three documents in an enveloppe and send ONLY them OR i should write a letter and enumerate what documents i am sending ???

I realize that more and more institutions are using electronically-sent documents to handle applications. I guess they assume everyone has the wherewithal and the savvy to do so. I recommend that you contact them and get the details about their requirements.
