bureau/office

I'm trying to find an appropriate name for my company which is operating in the sectors, development and strategy.Would it be right to label this company a "bureau", or should it rather be called an office?
What I know so far is that "bureau" is widely used for governmental institutions. Some say it is also an office or department doing particular business. My impression is that overall it isn't very often used.
"Bureau" would be my first choice, but more important than my preference is that it is correct in this context, that it sound serious and corporate. It is very important to me that, if I use "bureau", it doesn't make people thinking.
Thank you!

Anonymous My impression is that overall it isn't very often used. I agree. I suggest 'office', though actually both sound odd as part of a company name.
