Bunch of presidents

Hi.. Im translating something to my language (Turkish) bu I stucked at this sentence: About as often as the guy with an IQ of 16 gets to meet a bunch of presidents...
I cant find the meaning of "bunch of president".. Is this the real meaning a group of presidents or is there an other meaning it?
