Vocabulary

"bumper crop" and "record crop"

This is my question!

Last year we had a bumper crop of strawberries.
A. large crop B. poor crop C. early crop D. record crop

I opt "large crop" because "bumper crop" means "large harvest crop". However, I am wondering about the meaning of "record crop" here? Thank you in advance.
