There was a guy who had a bum leg (I understand his leg was injured in some way). The guy was mute and worked for another guy.
Police officers showed up and wanted to see the leg of that guy.
They turned to his employer (because he himself was mute) and said: Tell him to lift up his pants leg on his bum wheel.
--- What is it that "bum wheel"? Maybe just a bum leg? But why "wheel"?
