Bullet point statements in formal documents

Should those statements written in the form of bullet point be ended with a period as well?

If I recall correctly, I've never seen this in tehnical/formal documents and alike.

diAAnaP Should those statements written in the form of bullet point be ended with a period as well? If they are not complete sentences, no periods. Even if they are complete sentences, many reputable bullet list makers avoid end punctuation as unnecessarily cluttering.
