Bullet point list grammer

0 I am writting a bullet point list for notes of a project diary I must complete.02br

00I was wondering what the proper grammer for this is I have heard one place that each item in the list should have proper grammer and a full stop and in another place that grammer is not important and no full stops are neccessary.02br
