Building fees?? Help with translation of term.

0Hello everybody - I am trying to translate a term I cannot find in my English dic. - Which term do you use in English to refer to the fees that the occupant of an apartment has to pay to the building, for common expenses (such as elevator eletricity, cleaning of the the building, etc)? In Portuguese we call it "taxa de condomínio". Can anyone help? Thanks a lot!0-
