In the recent years, budget airlines have become one of the most popular ways of travelling. It can be easily possible for lots of people to travel from a destination to another one. However, it is better to consider the whole idea of using these airlines with advantages and disadvantages.

The greatest benefit is that you can save a lot of money. In other words, you can travel a lot lower price as compared to the regular flights. For instance, the approximate difference in the prices offered by both types of airplanes may vary from 50 to 100 dollars for a return ticket. In addition, as far as onboard security and comfort of the passengers is concerned, there is no big difference between low-cost and regular flights. Another point in favor is that pilots and cabin crew employed by budget airlines are at the same level as other airlines. That is to say, passengers can be sure of their safety during the flight.

On the other hand, however, there are few disadvantages about the low-cost airlines. One downside is that they have more inconvenient flight schedules. For example, most of them perform their flights during the night or early in the morning, which might be uncomfortable for people to plan their trip. Another drawback is that people are not allowed to cancel low-cost tickets.

In conclusion, although there are few disadvantages of budget airlines, I believe that using of them is a cheap, safe and quick way of travelling. On the whole, budget airlines have revolutionized travel and can lead to be used by lots of people.
