While walking in the hallway, I brushed/rubbed up against the vase, so it fell over.

I gave out chocolates going to each student in turn for my birthday.

We don't like to see commonplace films. Every time we go to the film, which is said to be very different.

Although sometimes I visit London, I don't remember all the dates when I visited every time. But the recent visit is sometime before June, 2006.

I can't restrict myself from saying thanks.

Please correct my sentences.

( I can't take myself off saying thanks will be natural to say. Sorry Doll, this really doesn't make any sense).

It is okay Nona, I learned why it doesn't sound natural. It is not the synonym of "can't stop yourself from doing something " as I thoguht before.
