Broken English?

Hi,

Q:
Make sure to provide working email address
:uQ

This sentence looks suspicious to me...

To begin with, the indefinite article is missing before 'working', isn't it?
Besides, does this word combination, 'working email address' sound ok to you native speakers?

How about 'a valid email address'?

Are there any other ("less-eye-grating") alternatives?

Hope my question makes sense..

Thank you!

You could also say, simply, "Make sure to provide an email address." That it works and is valid is assumed.
