Broken elevator

I'm trying to press the elevator button but the light is broken and the elevator seem to have stopped in the shaft. I say to the front desk:

Something is wrong with the elevator and it won't let me press the button.

I'm not the stuck in the elevator.

I'm on the 11th floor trying to get the elevator to come up to my floor, but the button doesn't seem to be working because the light isn't switching on when pressed. So, I say to the the front desk:
