"The "XYZ" show/soap is aired/broadcasted/telecasted at 7 on Saturdays."
This sentence, though correct, seems a bit formal to me.

'Shown' can also be used, but the verbs you have listed are not particularly formal; they are common and colloquial.

In everyday English, I'd usually just say eg 'XYZ is on at 7 on Saturdays'.
