Broadband Internet Problem

Hello Friends...! I'm ricky. I've a problem with my Reliance broadband internet. I purchased D-Link Modem and trying to connect through Reliance net, but some times it is connecting and sometimes not.
Please help to configure D-Link Router with Reliance broadband net.
