Speech & Pronunciation

British Pronunciation of "Attitude"

According to learners dictionaries (Cobuild, Oxford, Macmillan, Longman which are based on British English), The correct pronunciation of "attitude" is "æt?tju?d." I'm not sure of if it was my imagination, but a British English speaker (an actor) pronounced it "æt?tju?d", not "æt?tju?d." Would you be kind enough to tell me whether "æt?tju?d" is also correct, excellent pronunciation in British English?
