British English equivalent of Betty Azar's Basic English Grammar

Hi I'm trying to relearn my British English as it has really gone to the pits. I'm searching for the British English equivalent of Betty Azar's "Basic English Grammar".

Yes, one that can teach the basic structure of the language. The mentioned book is excellent but I don't think I can tell apart American and British English.

Is this book a decent equivalent: "Essential Grammar in Use with Answers and Interactive eBook (Grammar in Use) by Raymond Murphy"? Or are there other suggestions?
