British Accents

Could I just make it clear that there isnt a 'British' Accent.

There is a Northern Irish Accent, a Welsh accent, a Scottish accent and and MANY English Accents.

What many people think of as a 'British' Accent is very much a fake accent not spoken by many people naturally except for perhaps in Oxfordshire / Buckinghamshire / Berkshire, but taught as 'the correct way to speak' by Private schools and the media.

There is a vast array of accents across the British Isles - not one single one.
