British accent?

Hi

Do you agree with this lady about the man's accent being British?

Thanks,

Tom

She says "with that clipped British accent—almost British accent", and later on he says that he doesn't think he has a British accent. I would agree. He has an Indian accent.

He sounds like an Indian who learned British English. It is surprising he didn't pick up more of British pronunciation in his twenty years there. His accent is still rather thick.
