0 It's possible - though I think only informally! - to add "-ify", for example: "Britishify", "Frenchify", etc. 0-

0 The closest to "Britainize" would be "anglicise" (written with a 'z' in AmE) - "Britishify" sounds horrible to my British ears! This could be because "Frenchify" has a derogatory undercurrent to it (to British ears at least). 0-

0 Italianise sounds ok to my ears but the others sound awful. I have no idea why [:^)] 0-
