Brisk weather is what I tell my girlfriend from another city, when I want her to visit with me. In actuality, it is -20 Fahrenheit Degrees or - 28 Celsius, with a wind chill factor of -48 either way u look at it, a little bit chilly out there.

Dear it is not so cold here, there is some "Brisk Weather" coming in but it won't be so bad i think.
