Bring/take

What's the difference between:

Take her with you. And Bring her with you.

My friends are having dinner at Colonial Chicken. I can't make it to dinner but my brother's going and I ask him to bring his girlfriend:

You should take Tina to dinner with you. Or You should bring Tina to dinner with you. Or both okay?
