Bring up a child thank you for your kind effort on correcting my paragraph

I brought a glass of water from home for my mother.
"Would you bring me a glass of water too?" asked my father.
"Sure, father," I said and ran to home again. I fecthed a glass of water to my father. My mother saw that I enjoyed doing this and she also enjoyed.
"You're looking after us, I hope God may take care of you," she prayed. "Of course, I will take care of you, you are the cause of my coming to this world, you bring me up until this time," I said. "Of course we should be kind and tender towards you son, because all we want is your happiness," she pointed.
"I see you already forget about me," my father pretended to be offended. But in reality, I did not know what was going on between them. In fact, my mother and father had talked about last night's event while sending me for water.
