Bring to sb's attention

Hi all,

Normally, we "bring something to somebody's attention". But can we "bring to somebody's attention something"? Do you find the following sentence problematic? If so, how would you rephrase it?

I am writing to bring to your attention what I consider (to be?) an inappropriate professional conduct by one of your staff member.

Thank you.
