Will dialogue succeed in bringing Naxalite in mainstream ? I can only guess: into the mainstream "Mainstream" typically describes the most popular and current way of thinking about a subject, or the most popular position to take on it, or the most popular action to take on it. To bring someone into the mainstream implies that heretofore they've been outside it, on the fringe, so to speak.
