Bring a new life into being

I'm confused by the sentences as written. Whcih is acceptable? I totally don't understand what it means.
What does "bring a new life into being" and "stretch" mean? Please explain to me.

1. The stretch marks a woman gets after childbirth wuld not be there if she does not bring a new life into being.

2. The stretch marks a woman gets after childbirth would not be there if she did not bring a new life into being.

3. The stretch marks a woman who gets after childbirth would not be there if she did not bring a new life into being.
