bring

Hi,

Please help me with the followings:
Context: I am talking to a friend who is at work and she says 'I am quite hungry. I haven't had anything since morning and it's almost evening'. Would it be natural to say this in a humorous way?

- Should I come over there and bring something for you to eat?
Or just "Should I bring something for you to eat" would be enough?"?

Thanks.
