Brief Motivation Letter- Any suggestions?

Hi,

First of all thanks a lot to all those awfully nice people reading this and offering suggestions. Could you please go through this and see if there are any mistakes? I am open to all suggestions. However if possible please be quick as my deadline is just 24 hours away or so. (word limit is 150 words)
