Brief email english correction

I am sending an email to apply for Trinity College with some questions, I would like to ask if anyone could correct my English please

Dear Sir/Madam
My name is xxxxxxx and I’m from xxxxx. I finished secondary school and I am very interested in starting my education in Medicine at Trinity College Dublin. Since I am a foreigner student I have some points I would like to be enlightened. I understood that to apply I have to sit for the HPAT-Ireland examination and to use my final secondary school examinations. My big question is: are these examinations I have to apply with those I have done in my home country or do I have to do the Irish Leaving Certificate or the GCE A'Level examination? If I can apply with the exams I have already done in Portugal, how is the conversion to your system of points done?
I would also like to know if it is necessary for the admission to demonstrate any fluency in English of my part, and if it is, how?
