bridge with

The thread has been erased, so I'm posting this again.

Is it correct to use "bridge with" It's usually "bridge something"
With this Persian music festival, I hope to bridge traditional Persian culture with American Persian pop culture.
If not how would you say this. I heard it on tv as is but it is the first time.
