Bridge of the Embankment

Hi

There was even a homeless man under the bridge of the Embankment, who left his cardboard box and came over in his old clothes to give Michael the 70p that he had collected that day.

--- Does it mean that homeless man was under the bridge which was close to the (Thames) Embankment?

It leads to Charing Cross station.

And the Embankment tube station!

I suppose it could also be Westminster or Waterloo bridge.
