Hi

Is this sentence OK in your opinion?

Breathtaking Software Inc. today reported revenues of $67 million for its fiscal 2003 first quarter ended Aug. 31, 2002, compared with revenues of $100 million in its fiscal 2002 first quarter.

I'm especially interested in the part which says that ....first quarter ended Aug. 31, 2002. Does it make sense?

thanks
