Breathe out on food

We breathe out on food to make it cool when it is too hot.
The tea is hot. I'm making it cool putting it under the water.
Please serve me food. Please pour some water in my glass.
We breathe in to one end of the hose to create a vacuum so that water can flow out of it.

Please correct my sentence and suggest me better versions.

No, I don't mean I add any cold water. I mean I put the hot cup above any cold water and shake it round and round.
