Breaking th contract letter
Like to write a club where we have submitted some deposit and now we want to withdraw it. And hoping for future contract as when we will require.
Subject – Kindly give me my deposit back.
Dear Sir,
I am very grateful to you that you have given me this opportunity to be a part of your club as a caterer. Due to unavoidable condition I need my deposit back and breaking my contract with your club.
