Breakfast

Would you say that breakfast is a countable or uncountable noun? Or both? (I can’t think of the word for these types). If one were to say, “I had breakfast. Breakfast is my favorite meal”, this would be uncountable, right? But if one said, “That was an excellent breakfast” or “This will be my second breakfast”, it would be used as a countable. Do you agree with this?

I agree completely. I don't think there is any special word for nouns that can be both countable and uncountable.
