Break teeth?

https://youtu.be/7Ge9Yvynpi8?t=28

At 28 seconds of the movie clip (The Ant-Man), Luis says the following:

You know what, you can get creative with it. Break teeth or put a little brown sugar on it. You put some cinnamon. Put a little honey...

I have transcribed it so it might not be perfect. If you spot an error, please let me know.

That said, what does "break teeth" here mean?

In case you don't want to watch the prior 28 seconds of the clip, here's the context:

Luis is objecting to serving Dr. Pym some "fancy pastry" due to some budget problem. So in the quoted line, he's basically being sarcastic and is encouraging others to "get creative" and serve Dr. Pym even fancier breakfast.

JungKim Break teeth I hear something like this in the video, but I can't make out exactly what it is. Given the gesture that accompanies it, I'd say it's a complaint that the oatmeal that tastes like sand breaks your teeth. Strangely, the only script I was able to find online did not have 'break teeth' at all, or anything like it.

Once again, Kurt is speaking broken English. He says "It break teeth" (It breaks your teeth), referring to the texture of the instant oatmeal. I'm with Kurt.
