Simply on the basis of the line following, I'd guess that "break out" (or "breakout") means "an abrupt or irrational change in behaviour" or something like that. It's hard to be sure though; sometimes pop song lyrics are just semi-random streams of ideas, with little detailed thought put into them beyond making the words rhyme and fit the melody. I can't see "freak out" anywhere in this lyric.

I didn't see "freak out" either. I'm thinking that break out is a typo for freak out, which Wordy had explained.

A prisoner can break out of jail. Your face can break out in acne. One can break out laughing when seeing something funny.
