I've come across a strange expression. Does such a phrase exist?
"TV breaks our brains and opinions."
I think it means that TV distorts our opinions. Does it sound OK? Maybe it's an idiom or maybe there is not such an expression

I've never heard that expressed that way. I have often heard it expressed this way:
"TV rots your brain."
"TV rots your brain."
