This sentences have taken from CAMBRIDGE
IELTS

therapists reported in the 1990 survey
represented about an eight of the total number of
consultations with medically qualified personnel

I think, the core of this given sentence is "The
5,50,000 consultations.............reported in 1990
survey........"
Can I break this given sentence into two or more
parts as like as following sentences?

2. 1990 survey is represented about an eighth of
