Bread or Breads

In the following context with photos included, are these expression grammatically appropriate?
I am not sure if bread should be singular or plural .

I found these cute breads at the bakery.
They are Santa Claus, snow man, and reindeer.

Yes, they are cookies but what I am talking about is bread.
In Japan, they are many of these breads.

They look small enough to be considered single servings — one per person.

If so, we would call them "rolls", or "sweet rolls" if they're sweet, which I suspect they are.
