Is this sentence native and grammatically correct?

The schools reputation relies on its teachers. The teachers must put their trust into their school as they brave moving to a new country.

The SCHOOLS reputation RELIES ON its teachers.
SCHOOLS should be SCHOOL'S. In this case, the apostrophe-S makes it a possessive, so we are talking about the reputation POSSESSED by the school. This is appropriate even though the school doesn't OWN its reputation, the way you might own a car. JOHN'S OPINION means
