Could you please check if the following sounds natural?
Brasil always has a space in my heart after 6 month's stay in the country in the year 2000.

"Brasil always has a place in my heart, after a 6 month stay in the country in 2000." would sound better to me.

Although if I were saying it I'd probably rephrase to something more like :

Ever since 2000, when I spent six months there, Brasil has held a special place in my heart.

In English, "Brazil" is spelt with a Z, not an S. It is spelt with an S only in Portuguese (Brazil's official language), not in English.

I'm not sure you can write "6 month's stay". It's better to write "a 6-month stay" or "a six-month stay".
