Brackets or no brackets and choosing the write word?
Could you help me look over these and choose the correct word and tell me if the brackets should be left out?
1 Can he hold out under/against torture for as long as one hour or for as little/short as 15 minutes?
2 There are some movies I'd think twice about/before selling.
3 Imagining/picturing the path in my head, I decided not go go.
4 I'm lazier than (I am) motivated.
5 What do you go out to do (at) this time of night
6 The police will eventually come to ask why you were there.
7 I'll watched one more minimum/a minimum of one more.
8 It's better (when it's) hot than cold. Let me warm the dish up./You have a better chance of winning when there are 10 people than when there are 15.
