Could you please tell me how to say this naturally?

- Is there a supermarket in this shit hole (of a) city.

- It's too early (to) be wasted. Emotion: drunk

- (If) You mess with my job, (then) it gets personal.

Can you use "refer" like this ?

- Doesn't that adjective just refer to the person he is in general and not his personality?
