Brackets in sentences.

Would someone please give me an example of a sentence where you can place brackets in a sentence inside another set of brackets.

Many thanks.

hmmm. I use brackets when I am quoting someone and I change a word (usally to clarify what is being said). But brackets within brackets??

Hi,

I'd go farther and say that (generally speaking) putting any brackets (at all) in a sentence is something that should be avoided (as much as possible).

It tends to be a nuisance for the reader.
