BRACES teeth and FAST or quicly

What do you think about this sentence please?

1 Just like getting used to your braces, you get used to your teeth without braces just as quickly. Your teeth feel free and they feel like a weight has been taken off them/pressure has been taken off them.

2 Since they were at half off, the sold them all very quickly/fast.
3 The dog is so old he tires/gets tired very quickly. (would you say TIRES or GETS TIRED?) why can't you say TIRES QUICKLY?)
thank you
