BPO experience is countable or not?

Hi,

My name is akhil srivastava and cuurently I am working with HCL BPO.

I just given my final year exmas of B.Sc?(Maths) and waiting for result.

I want to know if I go for an MBA then BPO experience is countable or not?

Will i get any benifit from it.
