Boys floor

1. If there's a building with boys and girls living on alternate floors, then can we say?:

-The third floor is a boy's floor/a boys' floor.
-Boy's floors/Boys' floors are odd numbers.

2. If yes, can we say this?:

-I like watching these/those Decaprio's movie.

On (the?) analogy of 'Oxford Learner's Dictionary', even when there's more than one logically, do you think it's also correct to use the singular?:

-Boy's floors are beautifully furnished.

Or possible but bad English, with that dictionary name being an exception?

The dictionary name could be written either way. It could be a dictionary for a learner, or a dictionary for learners.
Unless Boy is the name of a person, you need boys' floors.
