Boy's, Boys or Boys'

Hello all,

Would someone please kindly confirm where the wretched apostrophe would be for these sort of phrases:

Nike Boys Shorts
Nike Junior Boys Jacket

The Nike website has an apostrophe after the s - are they right?

Many thanks in advance.
